Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer with Sage experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with Sage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
• Integrate Salesforce with Sage ERP systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Develop Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to create tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system testing, validation, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce and Sage integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Sage ERP systems and their integration with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of web services, inlcuding REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.
• Experience in handling accounting information, data security, synchronization, and risk mitigation
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and project management skills
