What we basically do is we hire professionals here in the Philippines to work with our clients in the USA who are in need of professional services like accounting, developers, tech support, data entry, etc.
Job Overview
Keystone Advanced Solutions is now hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper. We have an immediate need for someone who meets our search criteria below.
Responsibilities
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in bookkeeper role
- Code and enter vendor invoices
- Invoice customers and process incoming payment
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Properly account for client payroll
- Close books on a monthly or quarterly basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, preferred
- Advanced accounting and bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online and XERO
- An aptitude for business
- Detail oriented
- Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft EXCEL
- Proficiency in writing and speaking English
